Corporations, or any Business Organization really, is EXPLICITLY a HEIRARCHY, in effect NECESSARILY a "MASTER CONSPIRACY" if its ruler(s) don't choose make make their agenda explicit.

So, anytime a Business Heirarchy choses to proceed with a hidden agenda instead of straight-up "command and control", no doubt the tactics "Ole Dude" describes would be likely to be in use.

Again, you are espousing the "Master" conspiracy, ie. that the Ruling Class / Conspiracy is essentially unitary. I am skeptical.
