			<description><![CDATA[ <font color="#0000ff" size="4" face="Comic Sans MS">The enthusiasm with which environmentalists embrace the flawed premises of "global warming" which is the "inconvenient" truth used to justify Cap and Trade is very telling.<br><br>Even if "man made" global warming were a proven scientific theory, which it isn't, there is no rational reason to proceed with Cap and Trade unless it could be done on a global basis.&nbsp; Even then, it would have to be proven that Cap and Trade would make a significant difference before one proceeded upon wholesale trashing of the world economy,&nbsp; sowing misery and death,&nbsp;by choking off energy usage.<br><br>Why then are environmentalists so eager to proceed on a National&nbsp;or even a local level which has ABSOLUTELY&nbsp;no practical effect?&nbsp; Their eagerness can only be explained by malevolent hatred of humanity, hatred of freedom, or financial conspiracy.<br><br>I'd say "financial conspiracy" is the more decent, though still despicable,... ]]></description>
