Yes, Lloyd.
The Origins of the Federal Reserve by Rothbard is a perfect choice on your part. It not only explains the origin of the Federal Reserve Bank in the fraudulent, Wall Street/Establishment funded "Progressive Movement," but provides the crucial historical background for the conflict between the great blocs of American capital: Morgan vs. Rockefeller or Morgan (Anglophile/Bank of England) vs. Rockefeller upon which the A-albionic Theory is built. Not made clear in the Rothbard article, however, is that J. P. Morgan, as shown in his will, was not an extremely wealthy man, certainly not anywhere near the scale of the Rockefellers, Carnegie, etc. The Morgans represented a much greater force: The Bank of England and ultimately the British Empire and the British Monarchy itself. The Rockefellers, on the other hand, though stupendously rich, were allied, through Kuhn Loeb (William Rockefeller moved from Ohio to New York so he could be close to his Bankers) with Germany. Kuhn Loeb was the American branch of the Germany based Warburg banking Empire. The Rockefeller German connection was shown on the Board of the I. G. Farben drug and die Trust as well a Rockefeller tendency to sympathize with Germany vs. Britain in WWI and WWII. The battle for Russian Oil between Royal Dutch Shell and Standard Oil was another indicator. The Morgan-Rockefeller conflict was actually the American expression of the geopolitical conflict between Great Britain and Germany in the era following Bismark's unification of Germany for the Kaiser Wilhelm's Prussia. Britain long held-out for a constitutionally limited Monarchy in Germany as a way opposing Prussian domination of a unified Germany in spite of the fact that Queen Victoria was related to the Kaiser. Her ties and those of her husband Albert were with the western principalities, the victims of Prussian aggression. Prince Albert's close adviser, Baron Stockmar authored a plan to unify Germany peacefully under a democratic, limited Monarchy a la Britain. The quasi-monopolistic blocs of capital in relatively laissez-faire America prior to the founding of the Federal Reserve are explained by the State Capitalist financial power of Great Britain and Germany that created and nurtured these monopolistic blocs (NOT BY ANY INHERENT TENDENCY TOWARD MONOPOLY in laissez-faire). America would be a very different place if it were not throughout its history a battlefield for foreign State Capitalist financial and political power.

Welcome back, James. Thank you for a very nice and thought provoking post. I am one of your catches from the old newsgroup days of the nineties. I have been
a long term lurker until a few months ago. I look forward to your continued exposition of the foreign state capitalist (monopoly capitalist, global corporate)
strategy to affect sovereignty over the world (NWO?) using socialism as the primary control mechanism over the masses.........Actually, just tell it like you
see it. :)

One way to look at socialism is the old Br'r rabbit story in which after being caught he begs the fox or farmer(?) not to throw him in the briar patch! The State Capitalists similarly feign fear of socialism when, on the contrary, they are confident they will be the only ones to benefit! In fact, it is the farmer or fox(?) who is injured by the "briar patch" = "socialism"! The nimble rabbits (State Capitalists) can live there in the briar patch just fine! |
